1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel a service request within 24 hours of payment if work has not yet started.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Service not started

  • Duplicate payment

  • Payment error

Refund requests must be submitted via email.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed projects

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Custom design work

  • Work already delivered

4. Partial Refund

If a project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued after deducting work completed and operational costs.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding refunds, both parties agree to resolve the issue through mutual discussion.
